Something to Think about in the Terry Leonard Issue in Northwest Montana
"Mr. Leonard and Mr. Kendley are not connected, yet Mr. Leonard sent a msg (that you have) to Mike G. in ref. to a Kendley volunteer meeting to be rescheduled so they all can attend, and the "potential significance it will have on the election"

Also Folks DID you KNOW that the Montana Commissioners Meetings.. you get the minutes for .. well they change them .. and they have Meeting AFTER the Meetings.. Duh..
So Look deeper .. Find the Truth..

"Crystal, you have posted an email on your montana political news blog that has private email addresses, which is a serious violation of law.
Whoever gave that to you, in any event has surrepitiously gained access to those email accounts and this is already under investigation by DCI for tampering with witnesses, privacy in communication and intimidation charges.
Also, there has been information added to it that was not on the original email...and it is taken out of context. You should be very careful.
I will have Frank Bowen who is heading the state investigation into this contact you. I hope you will do the right thing.

Violation of the LAW? What a Joke, My Whole Life has been on hate sites for over a YEAR and the State of MONTANA plus several counties have DENIED me a right to remove any of it.. and you say this is a violation of the LAW.. What? I AM THE MEDIA.. it was SENT to me.. I POSTED IT...

The issue is being investigated by POST and the case is very much open. It began years ago. The date of the meeting was set by the POST investigation and is not some political attempt to hurt a candidate, although it is symptomatic of the condition/attitude currently dominating the LCSO administration. Those attending knew of the importance that uncovering the truth could have on the election. They believe the current attitude is unacceptable for those who operate under the code and color of law.

ReplyDeleteAgain, another fictitious comment by Mr. Kendley. The issue of the POST investigation was investigated and the Deputy cleared.

Wow, close, but still incorrect. Yes POST was scheduled to meet on August 19th, 2010, but the issue of the investigation was not on the docket to be discussed, and was only brought up in the public comment period by Deputy Steve Kendley, Deputy Levi Read, and Mr. Terry Leonard. So this issue was not on the agenda, they were not invited - these are meetings open to the public. The meeting (open public portion) is recorded and copies are available and you can hear it for yourself. Again, Kendley and Leonard fabricating information.

Now we see the truth. Those attending, STEVE KENDLEY, LEVI READ, and TERRY LEONARD did see the importance of making a statement in front of POST as having an affect on election, SO THERE WAS A PREMEDITATED, POLITICAL OBJECTIVE BEHIND THEIR ACTIONS !!! (again, the recording is open public record).
Now we see that a news person posted public information, and Terry Leonard threatens her with breaking a law, and asks to have a Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks agent, Frank Bowen contacted. The same person who Terry Leonard stated up-dates him on an open investigation, and “seemed very eager to make sure the public knows” (Terry’s own word) about the open investigation.
I guess those interested should read the Lake County Leader and read the published ad (p. B6).
As Crystal has said, "just tell the truth". Well now the truth is getting out and the threats to stop it have begun.
Who else will be lied about, targeted by the Kendley clan, and confronted by Terry Leonard?
Crystal, keep up the good work and the truth shall get out because of people like you. The lies and false comments can only last as long as the light of truth does not shine upon them.
