Montana Supreme Court Ignores Own Order

To protect Steve Bullock, the Montana Supreme Court ignored one of their own orders: The Student Practice Rule (#12982; May 1, 1975)

Steve Bullock improperly used thousands from his Tort Defense Division to protect a non-state officer, unauthorized to practice law.  Bullock's consumer protection division ignored a written request to protect the public from the same unauthorized practice---and Steve Bullock's Attorney General Office FAILED.

As a licensed Attorney in Montana, Steve Bullock knows his actions violate rule 5.5 of the ethics rules of the state of Montana--to never help the unauthorized practice of any person.  Not only did Steve Bullock help an authorized law student, but aided the commission of a crime in Montana--Criminal Contempt of the Montana Student Practice Rule.  The Montana Supreme Court went lock step with Bullock.

Now if you believe Steve Bullock is an 800 Lb. Gorilla it would mean he is to be exonerated by the Montana Supreme Court--He was.  800 Lb Gorillas can neglect people and the law; the type of person we really want as Governor of Montana.

The Montana Supreme Court overlooked Steve Bullock's fraud and misrepresentation of law student Angela Wetzsteon.  The Montana voters need to look very carefully a the corruption of Steve Bullock, currently running for Governor.

Why is the Montana Supreme Court playing favors for corrupt Montana officials like Steve Bullock?  Our highest court needs to stop protecting crime, and corrupt Montana officials and start working for the people of the state of Montana.
