Dennis Stranger, the presumptive "planner" of the city of Hamilton Montana is allowed to run the entire show.  He sits in on, and consults to the Mayor, Council in Hamilton Montana.  Dennis Stranger has not gotten one vote towards being an elected official.

On September 25, 2011 some sound measurements were being taken at the Rocky Mountain Labs in Hamilton Montana. Dennis Stranger was making his way to town with an attache case (on a sunday). That is the odd part about Dennis Stranger we alluded to above. Dennis Stranger could not hear the immense noise coming from the RML Lab along 4th Street where he was walking. I asked if he had a hearing problem, and he did not answer so I guess Dennis Stranger has a definite hearing problem. He can hear all the fraudulent money coming into the City Hamilton, but not the dangerous emissions.

There, that wasn't that hard, was it Dennis? You look the other way for NIH, how much do they pay you? I asked Dennis Stranger if this were his "special project" in Hamilton Montana, a city without an incorporated status. Dennis Stranger is expert at spending our money.

Dennis Stranger takes the cake on hearing, seeing, and corruption on this next bit: building in the floodplain. When I asked about it, Dennis Stranger told me to FOX TROT off, due to it being built on the Fox Property in Hamilton Montana. Dennis Stranger is the "planner" for the City of Hamilton, Montana.
